Moving
Hello everyone, Moving day has arived. We are trying to get the house packed, so we can move to Emmett. I am looking forward to this, other then the packing part. The kids get out of school this week, and are leaving to visit their family for the summer. They are very excited about this. The weather is actually getting better. I am a little stressed about trying to finish my two papers, getting the hose packed, and getting the kids ready to leave for the summer. They are supposed to be gone all summer, but every year my husband and I miss them to much and go get after 6 weeks. Well I will let you all go for know.

Rest of the Story
So we put the kids in a different school this year, and up till this last month it was great. I really liked their teachers, and principal. They allowed my daughter to stay back in the second grade, like we wanted. We thought this would be the perfect school for our kids, we were so wrong. But is not all the schools fault. We recieved a letter last month, from the school stating to budjet costs, third graders and below will not be having spelling words for the whole year. What dose spelling word have to do with the budjet, I would like to know? I am a horrible speller, and would like my kids to be better then me. I know in reality it problay is not that big of deal. There is also a possibility of combing some classes next year, my kids already have 24 to 27 kids per class. How is a teacher supposed to handle 35 kids. That is not fair to the teachers or the students. Isn't there a law against on how many kids can be in a class? My husband and I have decided maybe the best course of action is just to home school our older two kids and send the youngest to public until he gets older. My older two kids were at the top of their class, when they started this year, and not know are in the middle. I know it sounds like I am being way to over protective, and a bit to bitchy when it comes to their education. But what parent dose not want the best for their kids?

My Opinion
What is up with public schools know days. I had a conference with my daughters principal about trying to hold her back one year. The conference was a waste of time, because the principal told me "There is no reason to hold your daughter back, because we are not sure she can learn anyways". Her teacher did not know what to say for the rest of the conference ( The princpal was fired at the end of that school year on parent and teacher requst). Two days later I am in the office about my son. Him and his friend were jumped by five seventh graders (he was in third grade) on school property during school hours for two bucks. He ended up having surgery on his left eye, beacuse he wears glasses and a pice of his lense was stuck in his eye ( We were told by law enforcement we could not press charges, because the 5 seventh grades were under the age of 13). Same pricepal tells me I need to teach my son how to fight better. So here is what I told the princapal " If you can't educate my kids, or protect them when their in your care. What the hell am I sending them to school for?" Needless to say my husband and I removed our kids from that school, and home schooled them for the rest of year. I will share the rest of the story next week with you.

Another Day
We were finally able to purchase our own semi truck. This took forever to save for the down payment on. The kids absolutley love it, because know they get to go with their father on the road on their breaks from school. I am feeling a little stressed out by my two papers do. Not so much my composition one, because I find that intresting. My anatomy class on the other hand, I could leave it behind. I find the class somewhat intresting, but really who is going to remember every little detail about the body. Unless you are becoming a doctor or nurse. Well that is all I have to say for know on that.

Spring Time
It has finally got above 70 degrees were I am at. Thank God! The kids are geared up, because they only have a month left of school. I am not sure if they are happier, or I am. In one month from know, the kids will be going to my family for the summer. This way they get to visit their cousins, grandparents, and all the others. For know we are just enjoying the weather, and enjoying having Charles home for the week. My oldest son is the most excited, because his dad finally gets to be home for on his activities. Well I've bored everyone enough for know, so I will say goodbye.

Remolding
This has been a long weekend. We are doing spring cleaning, which has its pros and cons. Along with this our landlords are trying to remodel the bathrooms, which is taking forever. One day one bathroom works, the next day you have to use a different one. Sometimes you have water, most of the time you don't. On the bright side we did ad a new addition to the family, her name being Zena. She is a akbash and Pyrenees cross.

Easter
Hello, Hope everyone had a good weekend. Mine was great except we had to find eggs in the snow. That as you can imagine is not that hard with bright colors glowing against a white background. The kids did not enjoy it as much without there dad being around. He drives a truck, and is gone 6 to 8 weeks at a time but that is the life we have chosen for ourselves. Well that is all for know, have a great week everyone.
